Alpha Environmental Application
This app mainly works for creating and submitting proposals to the government on the basis of survey or inspection report, assisting creators in generating a final document in form of pdf and doc format.
Essentially, this app encompasses several steps designed to help creators consolidate and summarize all the necessary information in one place.
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: To use this application, you need to have a user account (employee account), which will be created by the admin.
Step 2: Once we log into the app, we can see two buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Add User : It will help us to create new employees.
Add Job : This is the primary task of the employee. Here we can create a job where he mention that who is the owner of the poject and some description of it.
With this job added, employees can proceed to work on the Job Report.
Step 3: Fill out all the fields of the job report. Finally, we just need to sign off on the project, and we are ready to submit our project.
at last we were able to download a pdf file as a report which can be submit to any goverment agency or authority.
